Softball Recap: Lowell Extends Winning Streak to Five

Lowell had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Kenowa Hills Knights with a sharp 21-1 win. The Red Arrows might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by nine runs or more this season.

Lowell's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Kenowa Hills, their defeat was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lowell will take on Allendale at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kenowa Hills, they will face off against Cedar Springs at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
