Baseball Game Preview: East Lawrence Eagles vs. Good Hope Raiders

For the second straight game, East Lawrence will face off against Good Hope. The Eagles will take on the Raiders at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Tuesday, East Lawrence came up short against Good Hope and fell 7-3.

For Good Hope's part, Carter Rutherford was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4. Another player making a difference was Caden Drake, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

East Lawrence has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-21 record this season. As for Good Hope, they moved to 12-7 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
