Genoa-Kingston won the last time they faced Lutheran and things went their way on Monday too. The Cogs blew past the Crusaders 18-4. The result was nothing new for the Cogs, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Lily Provost made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits.
