West Boca Raton took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They breezed past the Palm Beach Central Broncos to the tune of 50-7. The win was familiar territory for the Bulls, who have now won ten matchups in a row dating back to last season.

Javian Mallory was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 119 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in November of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Anderson Gracilien, who rushed for 95 yards on only seven carries.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something West Boca Raton proved: they limited Palm Beach Central to a paltry 2.6 yards per carry. While two picked up at least three total tackles, Jamar Thompson stood above the rest. He made three total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended two passes. West Boca Raton didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 11.

Palm Beach Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

West Boca Raton has already played their next contest, a 21-14 defeat against Bergen Catholic on the 5th. As for Palm Beach Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 39-6 victory against Spanish River on the 5th.
