The Bradford Tornadoes will take on the Tocoi Creek Toros at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Bradford is returning home triumphant after the team finally put their road woes behind them against Fort White on Tuesday. The Tornadoes came out on top against the Indians by a score of 11-8. The Tornadoes haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Kolee Lemire was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over 4.1 innings pitched. Lemire was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Those two RBI gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Bradford got a massive performance out of Kingslee Phillips, who went 3-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most hits Phillips has posted since back in March of 2025. Another player making a difference was Lila Sutton, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
Bradford kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Tocoi Creek sidestepped Beachside for a 3-2 win.
Like Bradford, Tocoi Creek also got a great game from a two-way player: Hannah Jones. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. Jones has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI. That double was her first of the season.
Jones wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Naomi Valcin, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Tocoi Creek's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Bradford, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Bradford has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.8 hits per game. However, it's not like Tocoi Creek struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 4.4 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Bradford beat Tocoi Creek 4-1 in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Will the Tornadoes repeat their success, or do the Toros have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
