Patton were successful in their last outing against East Burke, and they didn't afford East Burke any payback this time around. Patton were the clear victor by a 29-7 margin over East Burke. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Patton had established a 29-7 advantage.
The win got Patton back to even at 4-4. The loss dropped East Burke's record to 1-6.
Patton will take on West Iredell at home at 7:30 PM next week. West Iredell enter the contest touting a three-game streak of increasing point totals. As for East Burke, they will face off against Bunker Hill.
