 Not much got past  Lisabella Dimitrijevic, who gave up just  one  hit and racked up 11 Ks to keep Lincoln-Way East off the board. Dimitrijevic has been consistent recently: she hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in 19 consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate, Lincoln-Way Central's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Josephine Jager, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Teagan Berkshire, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Lincoln-Way Central's win bumped their record up to 32-4. As for Lincoln-Way East,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 20-12.
 As of now, neither Lincoln-Way Central nor Lincoln-Way East have any future games scheduled.
