Flinthills has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Eureka Tornadoes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Eureka took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Flinthills, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Flinthills strolled past Altoona-Midway with points to spare, taking the game 51-33.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Eureka, who are still winless after their fourth match. They took a 71-53 bruising from Halstead on Saturday.
Flinthills' victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-3. As for Eureka, they bumped their record down to 0-4 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Flinthills ended up a good deal behind Eureka when the teams last played back in December of 2022, losing 59-43. Can Flinthills avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
