This season hasn't been kind to the Harmony Science Academy Tigers, who are still winless after their seventh matchup. They suffered a rough 61-38 defeat at the hands of NYOS Charter on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Harmony Science Academy of the 59-27 defeat they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.
NYOS Charter got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nathan Tadios out in front who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Tadios has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Trey Huff, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.
Harmony Science Academy's loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-7. That rough patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.3 points per game. As for NYOS Charter, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.
Harmony Science Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. NYOS Charter will head out on the road to take on Austin Royals HomeSchool at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Austin Royals HomeSchool is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.
