The South Panola Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their 15th straight defeat. They took a 60-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lake Cormorant. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for South Panola in their matchups with Lake Cormorant: they've now lost nine in a row.
Despite the loss, South Panola still got an impressive performance from Demartric Houston, who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Griffin, who scored eight points.
South Panola's loss dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Lake Cormorant, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-7.
South Panola does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lake Cormorant also has no future games currently scheduled.
