Medford won the last time they faced Lynn English and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Mustangs came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 9-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

The team relied heavily on Alex Gazzola, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Burns, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Medford's record now sits at 12-7. As for Lynn English, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.

Coming up, Medford will head out to square off against Revere at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lynn English, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Swampscott on Friday.
