 Moriarty's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Los Alamos, the  win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-9.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Moriarty will take on Espanola Valley at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. Espanola Valley is coming into the  contest with three straight  losses on the road,  meaning Moriarty will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  victory. As for Los Alamos, they will look to defend their home field  on Saturday against Taos at 10:00  a.m. One thing working in Los Alamos' favor is that they have posted big  run totals  in their last five games.
