Somerville had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the North Plainfield Canucks with a sharp 16-1 victory on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Pioneers, who have now won 14 contests by six runs or more so far this season.
