The Ganado Indians suffered their closest loss yet this season on Tuesday. They fell just short of Weimar by a score of 34-31. If Ganado hoped to take revenge for the 45-33 defeat against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
Ganado's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Isabel Tristan, who scored six points along with nine rebounds, and Trinity Mayfield who scored three points along with two steals.
Ganado's loss dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Weimar, the win got them back to even at 11-11.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Bloomington the next time they take the court. Ganado will host Bloomington at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while Weimar will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
