Sanborn Regional scored a stunning upset when it knocked off Monadnock, 18-9. At the time, the Huskies were ranked 12th in the state, while the Indians were 27th.
The biggest upset of the week belonged to Sanborn Regional, who took down 12th ranked Monadnock, 18-9.
Leading Division II - West in both passing and receiving yards, John Welch's team's John Morris and Ty Austin have proven to be a lethal combination. Morris has thrown for 707 yards this season, while Austin has 14 catches for 291 yards. Linwood Patnode's team's Drew Bolewski leads the league in rushing yards with 1,151.
The Indians were able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after besting the Huskies. Sanborn Regional came in at 24 in the state poll after placing at number 27 last week.
