As a matter of fact, that's the most points Russell has scored all season. Janessa Marie wallace was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six assists and three steals.
Illini Bluffs' win bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Peoria Heights, their loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 21-6.
