Portsmouth/Oyster River are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Spaulding on Friday at 7:00 PM. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.
Portsmouth/Oyster River suffered a grim 13-41 defeat to Salem last week.
Meanwhile, Spaulding have to be aching after a bruising 7-35 loss to Winnacunnet.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Given their recent losses, both teams have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend.
