The Pass Christian Pirates and the Columbia Wildcats squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Pass Christian Pirates had to settle for second. Pass Christian was dealt a 42-7 loss at the hands of Columbia. Pass Christian's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
Ladd Scriber threw for 96 yards and a touchdown. Terry Patton Jr was his top target, picking up 42 receiving yards and a touchdown. On the ground, Jacquez Alexander-dedeaux rushed for 37 yards.
Pass Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Columbia, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.
Pass Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Columbia is on the road again on Friday and play against Poplarville at 7:00 p.m. on November 24th. Poplarville is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
