Armani Crespo posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. He struck out 14 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
