Even though the Spring Valley Vikings scored an imposing 57 points on Friday, the Nation Ford Falcons still came out on top. Nation Ford enjoyed a cozy 73-57 victory over Spring Valley. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Nation Ford.
Caden Giles was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 14 rebounds. Drew Robertson was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with eight rebounds and six assists.
Nation Ford's win bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Spring Valley, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.
Nation Ford will head out on the road to take on Fort Mill at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fort Mill has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 420 points over their last seven matchups. As for Spring Valley, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Blythewood at 7:30 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in South Carolina (Blythewood is ranked 11th, while Spring Valley is ranked 35th).
