Defiance snuck past Ottawa-Glandorf with a 14-10 victory. Given Defiance's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 143rd, while Ottawa-Glandorf is ranked 395th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Defiance was led to victory by Abel Rubio and Brogan Castillo. Rubio rushed for 40 yards and a touchdown, while Castillo gained 102 total yards and a touchdown.
Defiance's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Ottawa-Glandorf, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.
Defiance does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Ottawa-Glandorf is also done with their season.
