The Cougars' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ethan Adams, who scored 16 points along with 8 steals and 5 assists. Another player making a difference was Noah Nazario, who scored 12 points along with 4 steals.
Meanwhile, Cypress Creek was the victim of a rough 74-53 loss at the hands of Leesburg on Saturday.
Cypress Creek's loss came about despite a quality game from Jacopo Neri, who scored 9 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Camrin Young, who scored 5 points.
The victory makes it two in a row for the Cougars and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Cypress Creek, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
