Leading Flanagan to victory were D?Naela Myers and Gabrielle Palmer. Myers dropped a double-double on 17 points and 20 rebounds, while Palmer scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. Myers is absolutely dominating the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Charlize Coats, who scored seven points.
This is the second loss in a row for West Broward and nudges their season record down to 2-7. As for Flanagan, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.
