Manor and Norview are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2018, but likely not for long. The Mustangs will challenge the Pilots at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Manor is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 13 runs on Friday, they were much more limited against Maury on Thursday. They came up short against the Commodores, falling 20-0.

Manor saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Evans, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Norview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to Ocean Lakes. Considering the last time the Pilots couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Manor dropped their record down to 8-12 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Norview, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Manor might still be hurting after the 11-1 loss they got from Norview in their previous matchup back in April. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
