There's no place like home for Union Local, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Everything went their way against the Buckeye Local Panthers on Wednesday as they made off with a 12-5 win. The result was nothing new for the Jets, who have now won nine contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Union Local is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. As for Buckeye Local, they moved to 12-12 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Union Local didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 13-1 victory against Catholic Central on the 9th. As for Buckeye Local, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-6 win against Toronto on the 8th.
