The Lamar Consolidated Mustangs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their fifth straight loss. They fell  44-37 to Terry. Lamar Consolidated was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Terry apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  on January 2nd.
 Despite the  loss, Lamar Consolidated had strong showings from  Shafeeq Mujahideen, who  scored 12 points along with five  assists and four  steals, and  Edgar Garcia, who  scored 12 points along with two  steals.
 Lamar Consolidated has  been struggling recently, as they've  lost 12 of their last 14 matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season. As for Terry, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-21 record this season.
 Lamar Consolidated will head out on the road to  face off against  Randle at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Randle is coming into the  match on a three-game losing streak. As for Terry, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fort Bend Marshall at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Fort Bend Marshall is coming into the  match hot, having won their last nine games.
