The Legacy Lightning won the last time they faced the Erie Tigers, and things went their way on Friday too. Legacy secured a 55-51 W over Erie. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Legacy.
Legacy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Brandon Domsch out in front who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Nathan Spradling, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Legacy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-6 record this season. As for Erie, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Legacy will square off against Broomfield at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Broomfield will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. As for Erie, they will head out on the road to challenge Poudre at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Poudre is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.
