The Sylmar Spartans scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They really took it to Canoga Park for the full four quarters, racking up a 94-51 win on the road. With Sylmar ahead 47-21 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Joseph Dickson, Jr continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 13 from beyond the arc en route to 25 points and 4 assists. He hasn't dropped below 15points for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Gustavo Lopez, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.
Sylmar's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Canoga Park, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 8-12.
Sylmar will head out on the road to face off against Reseda at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Canoga Park, they will be playing at home against Van Nuys at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
