There's no place like home for Seymour, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They managed a 62-57 win over the Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs on Saturday. The Owls' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

When it comes to explaining why Franklin Community lost, don't look at Tony Barnes. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds. With that strong performance, Barnes is now averaging an impressive 15.5 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Kolt Nelson, who posted seven points.

The victory got Seymour back to even at 2-2. As for Franklin Community, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Seymour wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 56-36 defeat against Jeffersonville on the 13th. As for Franklin Community, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-46 win against Greenwood on the 13th.
