It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Berkshire had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Bedford Bearcats 27-2. The Badgers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
A big part of Berkshire's victory came down to the chemistry between Addison Jones and her top target Mary Lee. Jones threw for 252 yards and four touchdowns while completing 71.4% of her passes while Lee picked up 135 receiving yards and three TDs. Those 252 passing yards gave Jones a new career-high.
Berkshire didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Hannah Hutchinson, Caitlyn Rucinski, and Amber Zeiler picked up one apiece.
Berkshire's win bumped their record up to 10-0.
As of now, neither they nor Bedford have any future games scheduled.
