Big Game from Dibble As Atkins Fell 27-22
Garrison Dibble continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his 18th-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least seven total tackles. He picked up three sacks, forced a fumble, and made 17 total tackles.
If the past is any indication, Dibble could be in store for another big game when he takes on High Point Central on Friday. When Dibble last faced the Bison back in October of 2023, he picked up a sack and made 14 total tackles (4.0 for loss).

On Friday, Eastern Guilford got the W thanks in part to Steven Murray playing the best football he has all season. Murray picked up 104 receiving yards and two touchdowns, good enough to also set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. Eastern Guilford is 4-1 when Murray posts two or more receiving touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
