Fairfax's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Elijah Pablos, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and seven assists. The match was Pablos' third in a row with at least ten points. Vinny Rodriguez was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with five assists and four steals.
Fairfax's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Sierra Linda, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
Fairfax will head out on the road to face off against South Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sierra Linda will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Tempe at 1:30 p.m. on December 27th.
