After two games on the road, Gallatin is heading back home. They will take on The Lebanon Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Tennessee (Gallatin is ranked 72nd, while Lebanon is ranked 74th).
Last Friday, Gallatin beat Springfield 17-7.
Gallatin's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jackson Stroup led the charge by throwing for 228 yards and two touchdowns. Ladanian Mcmurry was another key contributor, picking up 118 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Lebanon came up short against Hendersonville on Friday and fell 21-14. That's two games in a row now that Lebanon has lost by exactly seven points.
Gallatin has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Lebanon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.
Gallatin came up short against Lebanon in their previous meeting back in October of 2022, falling 14-9. Can Gallatin avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
