Gross Catholic posted their biggest  victory since December 20, 2024 on Tuesday. They breezed past the Omaha South Packers to the tune of  80-24. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven  contests by 20  points or more this season.
 Omaha South's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Eve Hodoly, who  posted eight  points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aubrey Harper, who  had nine points in addition to five  rebounds and three  steals.
Gross Catholic is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six games,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record  this season. As for Omaha South, their loss was  their fifth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 2-18.
 Gross Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Omaha South, they will head out on the road to  take on  Norfolk  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Omaha South is facing Norfolk at the right time seeing as Norfolk is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak.
