Dunbar came out on top against Forest Park on Friday thanks in part to Kaiyon Newton's efforts. Newton rushed for 85 yards and one touchdown. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2024.

Newton and Dunbar are on the road again on Friday to play Poly at 3:45 p.m. The last time Newton duked it out with the Engineers (back in September of 2024), the Poets came out on top by a score of 42-0.
