Garrett Hilborn Delivers Best  Performance of Season
 On Friday, Glenn got the W thanks in part to  Garrett Hilborn playing the best football he has all season. Hilborn rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 74 receiving yards and a touchdown. He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 74 yards.
 The  victory  got Glenn back to even at 4-4. Hilborn and Glenn will be playing at home against Swartz Creek  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Another Game with at Least Three  Passing Touchdowns from  Colton Klein
 Swan Valley was led to victory by  Colton Klein, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Klein wasn't messing around, throwing for 370 yards and five touchdowns while completing 88.9% of his passes. The  matchup was his third straight with three or   more passing touchdowns dating back to last season. Swan Valley is 4-1 when  Klein posts 250 or  more  passing yards, but 1-2 otherwise.
 Unfortunately for Alma, this isn't the first big game they've seen from  Klein. Klein threw for 147 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 passes, and also rushed for 67 yards on only nine carries the last time he and the Panthers duked it out  back in October of 2023.

Dominick Knezek Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
  Dominick Knezek produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Garber to the win  on Friday. Knezek rushed for 200 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. He has become a key player for Garber: the team is 2-1 when he posts  at  least  two  rushing touchdowns, but 1-4 otherwise.
 On the season,  Knezek  has run in 3 touchdowns while averaging 89.1 rushing yards per game.

A Season-Best  Performance from  Marcus Joshua Leads Glenn over Powers Catholic
 On Friday, Glenn got the W thanks in part to  Marcus Joshua playing the best football he has all season. Joshua picked up  two  sacks and made ten total tackles (3.0 for loss) in addition to snagging   an  interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.
 On the year,  Joshua  has averaged 4.4 total tackles per game  and for the season has 3 sacks.

Delisle Made His Presence Known in Swan Valley's  45-13 Win
  Cal Delisle's big game helped extend Swan Valley's winning streak to five on Friday. Delisle did his part (and then some), picking up 138 receiving yards and two touchdowns for the 'W'. He has become a key player for Swan Valley: the team is undefeated when he posts  at  least  two  receiving touchdowns, but 2-3 otherwise.
 Unfortunately for Alma, this isn't the first big game they've seen from  Delisle. Delisle picked up 124 receiving yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Panthers duked it out  back in October of 2023.
