Dallas Christian's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Carney, who rushed for 90 yards, and Jaden Davis, who rushed for 141 yards and five touchdowns on only 12 carries. Dallas Christian also got help from William Nettles who showed off his sure hands for 80 receiving yards.
Meanwhile, Lake Country Christian suffered a tough 40-14 defeat at the hands of Grace Prep on Friday.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Mcelroy, who threw for 161 yards and a touchdown.
Dallas Christian has yet to lose a contest at home this season, leaving them with a 9-1 record. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 40.7 points. As for Lake Country Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
