After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bishop England, the Hanahan Hawks were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They blew past Charleston Math & Science 55-23 on the road. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Hanahan's 18-point performance the contest before.

When it comes to explaining why Charleston Math & Science lost, one person who can't be blamed is Dalailyn Reed. Despite the final result, she scored 16 points. Reed scored a full 69.6% of Charleston Math & Science's points, the fifth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Hanahan has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. As for Charleston Math & Science, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Academic Magnet the next time they take the court. Charleston Math & Science will head out to face Academic Magnet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Hanahan will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
