That result was just more of the same for these two, as First Assembly Christian also won the last time the pair played two weeks ago.
First Assembly Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Danae Kennedy, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 13 rebounds. Kennedy is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last 14 games she's played. Marlena Davis was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.
First Assembly Christian is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a massive bump to their 13-10 record this season. As for St. George's, they dropped their record down to 6-11 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
First Assembly Christian's homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th.
