Meanwhile, Hastings waltzed into their match on Tuesday with six straight wins but they left with seven. They breezed by Tartan at home to the tune of 66-33. Hastings has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.
Washburn's victory bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Hastings, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
