She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-4 with two  RBI and one  double.
 Crout wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Emma Smith, who  went 2-for-3 with one  stolen base and one  run.
Sebastopol pushed their record up to 26-4 with the  win, which was their third straight  on the road. The  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Eupora, their loss  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 24-8.
Sebastopol will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday.
