The North Dallas Adventist Academy Sentinel were the 57-19 winner over the Bishop Gorman Crusaders when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. North Dallas Adventist Academy was dealt a 72-38 loss at the hands of Bishop Gorman on Tuesday.
Bishop Gorman's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Anthony Todd led the charge by scoring ten points along with seven rebounds and five blocks. Those ten points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Ryan Richbourg, who scored 13 points.
North Dallas Adventist Academy's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 3-3. As for Bishop Gorman, their win bumped their record up to 18-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Dallas Adventist Academy will take on Cornerstone Christian Academy at TBD on Tuesday. As for Bishop Gorman, they will be playing at home against Dallas Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
