It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Harleton had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Mildred Eagles with a sharp 15-3 win. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Harleton has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Mildred, their loss dropped their record down to 15-5.

Coming up, Harleton will take on Alba-Golden on Saturday. Mildred will be paying especially close attention to the Wildcats' game: after the Wildcats face off against Mildred, they'll take on Mildred again on Saturday.
