Buckholts is on a four-game streak of home losses, Calvert a nine-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Buckholts Badgers will take on the Calvert Trojans at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.
Buckholts suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Friday. They were dealt a 60-25 defeat at the hands of Fayetteville. Buckholts has struggled against Fayetteville recently, as their matchup on Friday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Calvert played against North Zulch and lost via forfeit.
Buckholts' defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Calvert, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Buckholts came out on top in a nail-biter against Calvert when the teams last played back in January of 2023, sneaking past 2-0. Will Buckholts repeat their success, or does Calvert have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
