Bourgeois won the last time they faced South Lafourche and things went their way on Saturday too. The Braves put the hurt on the Tarpons with a sharp 12-1 win. Considering the Braves have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Bourgeois has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-12 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for South Lafourche, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-20 record this season.

Bourgeois wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 18-3 win against Terrebonne on the 5th. As for South Lafourche, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-9 loss against Breaux Bridge on the 5th.
