In what's become a running theme this season, the Inchelium Hornets gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. They blew past Curlew 75-49. The victory was familiar territory for Inchelium who now have three in a row.
Several Cougars players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Logan Thompson, who scored 14 points along with nine rebounds and two steals. Steven White was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with two steals.
Inchelium has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Curlew, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 5-13.
Inchelium and Columbia will face off at 5:30 p.m. on January 23rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Curlew, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Pateros at 7:30 p.m.
