The Clarkstown North Rams lost against the Clarkstown South Vikings back in November of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Clarkstown North had to suffer through a rough 44-7 loss at the hands of Clarkstown South. While losing is never fun, Clarkstown North can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 284th, while Clarkstown South is ranked 98th).
This is the second loss in a row for Clarkstown North and nudges their season record down to 1-6. Sadly, the team can't blame their woes on tough opposition, as that stretch included 1-6 Pelham Memorial and 3-4 Clarkstown South. As for Clarkstown South, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-4.
Clarkstown North will look to defend their home field on Friday against John Jay at 7:00 p.m. John Jay is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. Clarkstown South does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
