Trinity School of Texas made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,262 from 1,317. The advance stemmed from a 32-25 victory over King's Academy last week.
The Titans led TAPPS Six-Man Division II District 3 (6 Man) in scoring this week by notching 32 points on the Knights. Caelan Freeman threw for 241 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 50 yards during the win.
6-foot-3 quarterback Freeman of Trinity School of Texas is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,337. He has also thrown 17 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Hayden Leverett. The Fulton Academy star has 24 catches for 629 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Fulton Academy takes on second place Trinity School of Texas.
Next week's game between Thomas Emerson's team and Fulton Academy will feature a good passing match up as Freeman will test his arm against Carson Newman's defensive ability.
The league will see a high scoring game when the Titans and Fulton Academy face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Trinity School of Texas comes in having scored 305 this season, while Joshua Johnson's team has scored 378. The Titans scored 32 points last week as they beat King's Academy.
Trinity School of Texas led the league in points allowed with 25.
