After only two runs in their last match, East Jessamine made sure to put some runs up on the board against Garrard County on Friday. The Jaguars blew past the Golden Lions 11-1. Considering the Jaguars have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

East Jessamine has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-11 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Garrard County, their loss dropped their record down to 7-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Jessamine will host Southern at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Garrard County, they will be playing at home against Fleming County at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
