Air Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 59-54 heartbreaker at the hands of the Vista Ridge Wolves. The Kadets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wolves from their previous meeting back in February of 2022.
Despite the loss, Air Academy still got an impressive performance from Teagan Morse, who went 5-for-8 to rack up 14 points. Thanks to that strong game, Morse now owns an excellent 46.3% shooting accuracy. Another player making a difference was Sam Brennan, who posted four points.

Even though they lost, Air Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in January.
